GOLD COVERAGE

This is our full service contract level which includes:

 

- 1 Flat Rate Price

- Yearly PM

- All Parts

- All Labor

- All Travel

 

This contract level aims to make everything less stressful on you. With this contract level, you have one set price for the year. This gives you the ability to construct an exact budget and have the assurance that, no matter what happens, your laboratory is completely covered.

SILVER COVERAGE

This is our lesser contract level which includes:

 

- Yearly PM

- PM Kits

- All Labor 

- All Travel

 

This contract takes the stress out of labor and travel charges. Beyond this contract pricing, the only thing you pay for is parts, IF parts are installed during a repair. This contract is great for labs who want to save on the majority of costs that may arise during the duration of your contract agreement.

BRONZE COVERAGE

Bronze Coverage requires no signature, no contract!

 

This is our lowest price service level which includes:

- Yearly PM

- PM Kits

 

This service level is for those who rarely require service calls. Labor and Travel are not charged for PMs, so the only time you pay beyond this service option is for a repair service call. If the equipment does not require a PM, there is no charge at all unless you call for repair service.
